</script></p><p>Trying to loose weight can be a big problem and concern for some people.  Now and days people are getting fatter by the day.  So people now and days have no control or will and that is causing a higher rate of obesity in people.  Now with obesity come a lot of other things attached to like disease and physical activities get less.  Obesity also can bring down self confidence and self being in a person because being fat is really unacceptable in today’s society.  How being fat can have a lot of effects to the person’s personality, it can also bring negative feeling towards others and self. </p>
<p>How a lot of people in both genders are so dedicated to try and loose weight. This is so that they can try and fit in today’s societies.  Today’s age is that everybody competes with each other trying to be better then the other people.  Because if you are better then some body else in something then you can get the respect and try and gain some respect.  But unfortunately some can achieve there goals and some have a tougher time doing it and they give up on there goals. </p>
<p>How Loosing weight for some people has to be a must because they weigh too much.  How obesity can cause major cardiovascular problems in life.  If you want to loose weight you have to set a goal for your self and set some kind of motivational thing that will inspire you to go after it.  By loosing weight you can have a big impact in your life and others around you.   </p>
<p>I will tell you on how you can get a couple of things that will help you in loosing weight.  This will help you in setting that goal for your self.  </p>
<p>You can go to 104Exercise.com or 104Fitness.com and read several articles that will help you in your goal in life. </p>
<p>I would have to say the number one thing that you can do for your body is by drinking.  How drinking at least 7 to 10 glasses per day can help filter out toxins in the body.  Water can also simulate you being full when you are hungry.  By drinking water you will also take care of your skin and your body.  How water is another way for you to hydrate your body especially when you work out and are on a diet plan.  Water plays a big role in loosing weight. Drink a lot of water every day. </p>
<p>The number two thing which you would have to consider is exercise as a part of your weight loss.  How any kind of walking for like 30 minutes will make you sweat away the fat?  Now there are a lot of exercises out there that you can do to help your body start forming and loosing that fat away.  The one thing you have to remember is that starving your self is not an option because you are actually hurting your body and slowing down your metabolism.  What you will have to do is try and eat fewer portions and do something after you eat like have plenty of vegetables and fruits that will help you digest your food and make you feel full.     </p>
<p>Something that you can do that will help you eat less is to get a smaller plate because studies have shown that your brain thinks you finished the plate so that way you feel full.  One major thing that will help your goal is to cut out all the junk foods and sodas because that is a big role in your diet.  Now for some people they can not just stop eating something that they really like, so what you can do it slowly cut down on what ever you like and hopefully you can filter that out by not eating it anymore.  </p>
<p>So by you doing something simple in your life, you can make a big impact on your own health and people that are around you.  Just think of all the extra things that you can do when you loose weight that you don’t have to worry about.  Just think if you have kids you can go and play with them longer with out getting tired or so. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I don&#8217;t believe that anybody can have a true abundance in ANY area of<br />
their life without first feeling immensely confident in themselves. And<br />
the main determining factor in any persons confidence is how they feel<br />
about their physical being (or their body), and the shape and health of<br />
a persons body is determined, to a large extent, by certain universal<br />
laws that absolutely must be followed each and every day.<br />
Heres an example of just one of those laws&amp;I once heard it said<br />
that nearly 70% of all the energy a person uses during the course of a<br />
single day (70%) is used simply to digest the foods they eat.<br />
Therefore, lets say it takes 100 grams of energy (bear with me for<br />
using such basic terminology here) to digest each and every meal you<br />
eat during the day, but by improving the efficiency of your metabolism,<br />
we can get your body to digest each meal using only 50 grams of energy<br />
 then you could have nearly double the energy to put towards all your<br />
normal daily activities.<br />
So, if one of your main life goals is to make more money, or to get a<br />
promotion at work, or to start your own business, or to grow the bottom<br />
line of your existing business  wouldnt it be beneficial if you had<br />
more physical energy to do the daily tasks necessary to reach those<br />
financial goals? Or what about all the added mental energy that you<br />
would have to put towards creatively designing new ways to handle all<br />
the daily challenges that every entrepreneur faces today.</p>
<p>Personally, I never enjoyed true success in my life until I took<br />
control of my body.I remember feeling like a failure in everything I<br />
did, I remember not even wanting to go out of the house because I<br />
didnt like the way I looked, in fact, I specifically remember not<br />
wanting to leave the house even to go to the store to buy food because<br />
I hated the way I looked in all of my clothes.<br />
But that was a long, long time ago.<br />
Today, I rarely think about the clothes Im going to put on each day<br />
because I feel confident that no matter what I wear, my body will make<br />
those clothes look good. All clothes just hang better on a body thats<br />
in shape.  </p>
<p>That means that guys who wear their shirts untucked no<br />
longer HAVE to do that (unless they truly like that style) &#8211; and women<br />
who wear black just because its slimming can now wear any color they<br />
like &#8211; because their BODY will make that color look great on them.<br />
This is the way everyone should feel! When I finally took charge of my<br />
physique, everything in my life got better &#8211; my social life improved,<br />
my health improved, my family life improved, my spiritual life<br />
improved, and my financial life skyrocketed. I went from feeling like<br />
nobody noticed me, to being picked out in a crowd of people (the right<br />
people).<br />
Heres a horrible fact that I regularly speak about in my teleseminars<br />
and live events &#8211; In todays society, without a nice body, people<br />
subconsciously make life a bit harder for you.  </p>
<p>You see it all the time.<br />
People who are in good shape almost always get treated differently by<br />
others. Now Im not saying thats fair  its absolutely not &#8211; but its<br />
a fact of life, so why not take advantage of it? You see, you cant<br />
change the fact that most everybody else in the world seems to treat<br />
good-looking people better, but you can change the one person who<br />
really matters, and thats you. You can make yourself as strong and<br />
healthy-looking as possible, making life easier for you and setting a<br />
good example for your family so that they can also live a more<br />
successful and healthy life.<br />
Good looking people climb the corporate ladder faster, they portray<br />
more authority when they stand in front of their staff, they get more<br />
preferential treatment they have far more stamina to take on all the<br />
work thats necessary in order to build a powerful company or business.</p>
<p>Do yourself a favor &amp; take action today!<br />
Take action towards your goal body no matter what else youve got going<br />
on each and every day. First&amp;put a little time aside to exercise -<br />
if you cant fit 60 minutes in, then do 30 minutes &#8211; if you cant fit<br />
30 minutes in then do 15 minutes &#8211; or even 10 minutes &amp; just make<br />
it a goal to do some exercise every single day &#8211; no excuses!<br />
Second&amp;take action on improving your diet &#8211; avoid all white flour<br />
or sugar products, avoid all processed and junk foods, avoid all dairy<br />
products and fried foods &amp; then add several servings of fresh<br />
vegetables to your day and increase your water intake a little bit.<br />
And Third, take action on not taking action  that means take time to<br />
relax. Exercise and a proper diet help to reduce stress  but taking a<br />
few minutes each day to actually relax your mind is a vital step in<br />
reducing your stress level  and when your stress level is lower,<br />
youll have more energy and more focus to become successful.<br />
Thats not a lot to do! Become a person of action!<br />
Take charge of your body and your financial destiny. </p>
<p>If youve been to<br />

length of time, you probably know that many of my clients are models,<br />
actors and actresses &#8211; but what you may not know is that my personal<br />
client list also includes several top level executives, CEOs and<br />

<div><br/><br/><br/>The word confidence means to go forward with faith. Developing your own self-confidence will allow you to do extraordinary things. That is why it is so important to work on your self-confidence every day.<br/><br/>These strategies may be simple, but each will have a very positive effect on your self-confidence. You can incorporate them gradually, only use some of them, or adopt them all. As you do, you will find that your confidence will grow steadily, and with it your results will improve.<br/><br/>1. Smile<br/><br/>Have you ever tried to think negatively or act sad while smiling? You can&#8217;t. It is impossible! Smiling triggers and releases endorphins in the brain, which send a wave of happiness through your entire body. Barbara Johnson said, &#8220;A smile is the lighting system of the face and the heating system of the heart.&#8221; So smile often. You will feel more confident and you will look better too.<br/><br/>2. Make eye contact<br/><br/>This may seem like such a small thing, but unconfident people look down or look away when they are with others. Confident people make eye contact and engage with others. The eye is the window to the soul. When you make eye contact you connect to others deeply.<br/><br/>3. Introduce yourself<br/><br/>When you are with other people, introduce yourself. This may take you out of your comfort zone at first. GOOD! You will be amazed at the positive people you will meet and the new friends you will gain.<br/><br/>4. Be thankful<br/><br/>It is easy to throw pity-parties and feel that our situation is unbearable. Regardless of how bad you may think your circumstances are there is probably someone worse off than you. Put things into perspective. Volunteer at a hospital or a shelter. Change your outlook and start to recognize the good in your life. We all have a lot to be thankful for, and when we are grateful our reality changes, because our perspective has changed. One of the things my wife and I do is to keep a gratitude journal. In it we record something everyday that we are grateful for. This little exercise keeps us on track.<br/><br/>5. Change your posture<br/><br/>When you think confidently you will notice that you stand a little taller, you raise your head a little higher, and sit a little straighter. Inversely, when you change your posture you will change your perception. Stand tall. Lift your head up. This isn&#8217;t like your mom getting on you for bad posture; this is because you have every reason in the world to stand tall.<br/><br/>6. Choose a theme song<br/><br/>This may seem like a strange suggestion but music has an amazing ability to invoke emotion. You have seen sports teams warm up to &#8220;pump up&#8221; music, so why don&#8217;t you. Before you go into a sales meeting, give a presentation, run a race, face the world, whatever, listen to a song that will spur the emotion you need. Find your theme song &#8211; play it loud.
